Privacy Policy

Effective 9 July 2026 · Last updated 9 July 2026

This policy describes how the Melue personal AI assistant service ("Melue", "we") handles your information. Melue is operated by Nicholas Jenkins ("the operator"). It applies to all Melue messaging channels, including the Melue WhatsApp business line.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Access is invite-only

Melue only processes messages from phone numbers the operator has explicitly authorized. Messages from unauthorized numbers are discarded and are not processed by the assistant or retained by us.

Who processes your data

To provide the service, messages pass through a small set of infrastructure providers acting on our behalf:

Retention

Conversation content is retained only as long as needed to operate the service and maintain conversational context, after which it may be deleted. Operational logs are metadata-only where practical. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

Children

The service is not directed at children, and the authorized-sender list is limited to adults known personally to the operator.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
